Run Tings is a free game set in the real Caribbean. Players live an ordinary life on the island, or take over the government and run the whole country.

Live it. Pick who you are: a farmer, a graduate, a returning migrant, a hustler or someone well connected. You get five moves a month to find work, pay the bills, save, study or start a business. Prices come from each country's real costs. Storms, debt and elections happen whether you're ready or not.

Get your papers. Permits with QR codes, a health record, certificates, a passport and boarding passes. Do your errands the old way, in the queue, or online, and see the time and money you saved.

Stay sharp. Fake loan apps, "you won" messages and phishing bank links land on your in-game phone. Spot them and earn the Scam spotter badge.

Run it. Set the budget, manage a cabinet whose ministers push back, open the books or risk a scandal, answer crises and face the voters. Every season the shared island elects a new cabinet, and players can stand for office.

Hang out. Dominoes at the rum shop, a fete at the club, cricket in the park, festivals with a steel pan rhythm game, crews with friends, and an island radio for every country.

The countries are real. The people, politicians, parties and companies in the game are fictional. Players under 18 get a safe version with no dating, alcohol, or loan and job scams.
